Now, I know that this sounds overly simple, and even stupid, especially when what we’re facing is so daunting and overwhelming.

Taking control of yourself in the present moment is the most helpful thing you can do to put yourself in a position to deal with difficult situations, people, and challenges in your life.
It ultimately means taking control of 6 very specific things, that make all the difference in the long run:
